With a crossing of around 60 minutes, you’ll arrive right in the heart of town — whether that’s St Helier or St Peter Port — ready to explore straight away. You don’t need a car, but if you want one, you can pick it up at the harbour with our partner Sixt. It’s a simple way to make the most of your time and see more of the Channel Islands.

Before you travel
We’ll send your ticket to your email before you travel — just make sure your details are up to date when you book.
If you can’t see it, check your spam folder. Still no sign of it? Email us and we’ll resend it.
We recommend arriving around 60 minutes before your sailing.
Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure, so make sure you’re there in good time to board without any stress.
Premium Class gives you access to a dedicated lounge on the upper deck — a calm, comfortable space with panoramic views.
Ideal for relaxing, working, or catching up, with complimentary drinks and light snacks included. You can add it when you book — spaces are limited.
Yes — if anything changes, we’ll let you know by text and/or email.
We also share real-time updates on our social channels, so you’re always in the loop.
Yes — if you’re 16 or over, you’ll need to bring valid photo ID with you.
We’ll check this at boarding, so make sure it’s in date and easy to read. If you don’t have an accepted form of ID, we won’t be able to let you travel.
A quick heads up: digital copies aren’t accepted — it needs to be the original.

All ID must be valid, in date, and in good condition. If it’s damaged or difficult to read, you may not be able to travel.

Onboard
You’ll need your ticket and, if you’re 16 or over, valid photo ID.
Your ticket will be emailed to you with a QR code — you can print it or show it on your phone. We’ll check both at boarding, so make sure they’re ready.
You’re welcome to bring luggage, as well as items like pushchairs, bikes or golf clubs — just make sure you can carry and manage them when boarding.
Pushchairs should be fully collapsible, and lightweight options work best. Space is limited and there’s no lift, so you may need to carry items up the stairs.
You can also bring your own food and soft drinks. Alcohol can only be consumed if it’s purchased on board.

If you need assistance or wheelchair access, email us ahead of time so we can plan your journey properly. On the day, just let our team know when you arrive.
Yes — you can book for as many passengers as you need online. Just keep in mind that full payment and passenger details are required at the time of booking.

Children under 16 must travel with an adult — we’re not able to accept unaccompanied minors on our services.
If you’re 16 or 17, you can travel on your own, but you’ll need written consent from a parent or guardian at the time of booking, along with your own valid photo ID. You won’t be able to travel using a parent or guardian’s passport if they’re not with you.
In some cases, a 16 or 17-year-old may travel with up to two younger passengers, but this is subject to approval and depends on the circumstances.
For groups of 16–17-year-olds, at least one adult must travel with the group (one adult per 10 young people).
